CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to book, which goes toward the final cost of your service.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, I will transfer the deposit up to one time to your next service if you book a new appointment within 10 business days. You will be required to pay a new deposit every time you book a new appointment, which goes toward the cost of your service.

Any changes to your appointment day or time must be made at minimum 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 24 hour period, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule within 24 hours if possible. If you do not reschedule within 24 hours, but you can provide sufficient proof of your illness, I will transfer your deposit one time if you rebook within 10 business days. If you arrive to your appointment and are showing any symptoms of illness, your appointment will be canceled and I will have to ask you to reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited if this is the case.

Please arrive on time to your appointment, but not more than 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled. $5 will be added per 5 minutes late. If canceled, your deposit will be forfeited.

New Clients: If you have any product on your nails such as acrylic, dip powder or gel nails by another salon, you must also book a “Foreign Removal” service. You must book another enhancement service in addition to a Foreign Removal in order for your appointment to be approved. I will only do fills over my own work. Please reach out for guidance if you plan to remove them yourself.

Any time you are needing a brand new set instead of a fill, please make sure you book a removal if needed. Currently, all returning Gel-X clients must book a removal in addition to the Gel-X service as I am not able to fill this product. All enhancement services come with dry manicure, one color of gel or acrylic, and one gel polish color. If you want nail art, please be sure to book that service as an add-on to ensure I have enough time to complete your service. If for some reason you book a service but I do not have time to complete it because you forgot to book add-ons, your appointment may be rescheduled. If this happens, at this time I will transfer your deposit up to one time if you reschedule within 10 business days. You will still need to pay a new deposit to book a new appointment.

I take my time with my services, and I want to have enough time to perform your service properly. If you have plans after your appointment, please make sure they do not conflict with the amount of time that your service is booked for. If at any time you need to leave before I have completed your service, you are still required to pay for the full amount of the service. Please plan your day accordingly.

If you book any service(s) categorized as an “Add-On Service” without another “Enhancement Service” or without consulting me, your appointment may be canceled. If canceled, your deposit will be forfeited.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked and your deposit will be forfeited. Please make an effort to reschedule or notify me as soon as you know you are not able to make your appointment.

I will do my absolute best on my end to make sure none of the above scenarios occur. Once you book with me, I will reach out to make sure you have booked correctly before confirming your appointment so we are on the same page. Please keep an eye out for my messages if your appointment is still pending. If you reach out to me before booking, I will let you know exactly what to book, how long it should take, as well as give a price estimate.

I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer, so some boundaries and rules are needed. Please make sure to read service descriptions before booking your appointment so you can know exactly what to book. If you are still unsure, please contact me. Make sure to confirm your appointment via square when you get the reminder 48hrs before. If you do not confirm, I will not know whether you are coming or not, as sometimes there can be a big time difference from the day you booked and the day of the appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please make sure to do that prior to 48hrs before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 48hrs of the original appointment will be charged 50% of their original service price. Please be at your appointment on time, or text me if you are running 5-10min behind, as I will do the same. If you know you will be over 15 minutes late for any service under 2hrs, you will need to call me to reschedule and will be charged 50% of your original service. If you are over 30 minutes late for a service over 3hrs, you will need to call me to reschedule and will be charged 50% of your original service. If you do not arrive for your appointment and fail to contact me before hand, you will be charged 100% of your original service cost via the card on file required to book. You will not be allowed to rebook until that original service cost is paid.WEDDINGS:All wedding day bookings must have a completed event form, bridal contract, and paid deposit before it can be held. All wedding policies included in contract. I do not accept Venmo, PayPal, or Cashapp. All products and services are non-refundable.

Your deposit will be forfeited if this is the case.

Please arrive on time to your appointment, but not more than 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled. $5 will be added per 5 minutes late. If canceled, your deposit will be forfeited.

New Clients: If you have any product on your nails such as acrylic, dip powder or gel nails by another salon, you must also book a “Foreign Removal” service. You must book another enhancement service in addition to a Foreign Removal in order for your appointment to be approved. I will only do fills over my own work. Please reach out for guidance if you plan to remove them yourself.

Any time you are needing a brand new set instead of a fill, please make sure you book a removal if needed. Currently, all returning Gel-X clients must book a removal in addition to the Gel-X service as I am not able to fill this product. All enhancement services come with dry manicure, one color of gel or acrylic, and one gel polish color. If you want nail art, please be sure to book that service as an add-on to ensure I have enough time to complete your service. If for some reason you book a service but I do not have time to complete it because you forgot to book add-ons, your appointment may be rescheduled. If this happens, at this time I will transfer your deposit up to one time if you reschedule within 10 business days. You will still need to pay a new deposit to book a new appointment.

I take my time with my services, and I want to have enough time to perform your service properly. If you have plans after your appointment, please make sure they do not conflict with the amount of time that your service is booked for. If at any time you need to leave before I have completed your service, you are still required to pay for the full amount of the service. Please plan your day accordingly.

If you book any service(s) categorized as an “Add-On Service” without another “Enhancement Service” or without consulting me, your appointment may be canceled. If canceled, your deposit will be forfeited.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked and your deposit will be forfeited. Please make an effort to reschedule or notify me as soon as you know you are not able to make your appointment.

I will do my absolute best on my end to make sure none of the above scenarios occur. Once you book with me, I will reach out to make sure you have booked correctly before confirming your appointment so we are on the same page. Please keep an eye out for my messages if your appointment is still pending. If you reach out to me before booking, I will let you know exactly what to book, how long it should take, as well as give a price estimate.
